What's included in our Management service?

1. Marketing

We will display and advertise your property on Zoopla and our own website.  We can key information as well as further details of property to ensure your potential tenants are well informed.

2. Viewings

We will arrange and conduct all viewings of your property, and will accompany your potential tenant on the viewing to ensure all questions are answered.

3. Referencing

We will complete full referencing on prospective tenant(s) including Right to Rent checks (if required).

4. Settings up the tenancy

We will prepare the tenancy agreement, and ensure that all pre-tenancy documentation required by law is issued to the tenant(s) and collection of the first months rent.

5. Registration of deposit monies

We will register the tenants deposit with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).

6. Day-to-day management

We will arrange repairs and general maintenance and conduct regular property inspections.

7. Accounts

We will collect rent and send onto landlord minus any property maintenance deductions, and preparation of monthly statements.
